Salon Etiquette

  CHILDREN:

• We love children, however due to insurance restrictions and limited seating, NO children are allowed unless they are being serviced.

  CANCELLATION POLICY:

• When you make an appointment, it is confirmed by e-mail or text message. However, it is your responsibility to keep your appointment. Missed appointments will result in a $35.00 no show fee, which will be added to your next visit. On your next visit to the salon you will be reminded and asked to pay the fee before your hair services are started. A 24 hour cancelation notice is required. If you need to cancel your appointment on the day of service, a 5 hour cancelation notice is required.
