When
you make an appointment, it is confirmed for that date and
time. As a
courtesy, we will attempt to call and remind you of your
appointment. However,
it is your responsibility to keep your appointment.
In effort to provide quality service, we require at
least three hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an
appointment. Missed
appointments will result in a
$25.00 no show fee. On
your next visit to the salon you will be reminded and ask
to pay the fee before your hair services are started.
